How we work

One pattern, three steps.

Engagements that fit begin with a real decision or planning problem and end with something running — sometimes as the seed of a venture. Aipokit is one optional delivery path when the work sits there. No audits. No standard advisory retainers.

Conversation
A short, honest exchange about what you're actually trying to solve — and whether the studio is the right place for it. Confidential from the first word. If the problem sits outside decision-support, operations, planning, or regulated industries, we'll say so and point elsewhere.

Scoping memo
A written piece (two to ten pages): the problem as we now understand it, the approach, the constraints, and what the engagement looks like. Often this is itself the deliverable; sometimes it's the prelude to build.

Build
Where the problem warrants it — production-grade implementation; Aipokit when it is the right delivery path. Agent-based decision support, planning tools, regulated workflows. We build what we recommend; the engagement lasts as long as the work requires.
